In the event you receive faulty or damaged jewellery, we are happy to replace or refund the items.
Please email us a photo, description of the damage, and your order number found in the order confirmation and shipping emails.
In most cases, you will be required to return the jewellery, along with the original packaging and your order confirmation email. We can only replace items that are in stock and will resolve the issue to the best of our ability. We offer a 12 month warranty with proof of purchase.
