DELIVERY & PROCESSING

All engraving is complimentary and done in house. Please allow up 1-2 business days for us to process your order (excluding delivery). All items in your order will be sent together with the engraved designs.

RETURN POLICY

Please note: Due to the nature of engraving, we cannot accept returns with engraved designs.

Current Status:  Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours on business days, and shipped via Express Post.

Please allow a further 1-2 business days for in-house engraving.
